Of Special Note:

In the morning the lake sleeps.

Three commanding volcanoes tower over the lake in font of you, at your back are mysterious mountains where the Maya hold the ancient rituals.

In the afternoon the lake awakes with a wind called the "Xocomil".

At night the lake beckons one to fish.

How to find us:
From Antigua or Guatemala city there are shuttles available from Servicios Turisticos Atitlan that will take you to Panajachel (about 3 hours - $12), the main town near Lake Atitlan. Once in Panajachel go to the Tzanjuyu dock and take a boat to Santa Cruz (about Q10). La Casa Rosa is about 30 meters to the right as you step off the dock. You will see our sign as you arrive in Santa Cruz.

Reservation Policy:

This reservation service is free, as the non-refundable 10% deposit is credited against the total value of your reservation. It is required in order to block your space and confirm your reservation with the balance of 90% due upon your arrival with us.

We may require additional payments to hold your particular reservation up to and including a full 100% prepayment depending upon the details of your reservation. You will be advised of these additional reservation payments (if any) before you are asked to make any confirmation deposit

Cancellation Policy:
After reservation, you are free to cancel for any reason and without penalty up to three days prior to schedule arrival. Any later cancellation or a no-show will cause a billing of one night's lodging per the terms of your confirmed reservation unless otherwise stated in your reservation confirmation.
