About Us:
High above the lake's north shore is Atitlan's newest hotel. You can get dropped off at their private pier and walk the beautiful hillside trail up to the hotel.

If you have any health issues and feel you cannot climb the stairs you can coordinate with the Hotel and ask for a jeep to come and pick you up at Tzununá´s main pier.

Either way... we'll take your breath away!!!

Rates:
Lomas de Tzununá has ten rooms with two beds (one queen and one twin), each room has its own private balcony, private bathroom and a superb view over Lake Atitlán and the volcanos beyond. With their northern exposure, both the sunrises and the sunsets are as you've never seen them before!

• Single (one person) room US $55
• Double (2 people) room US $75

All prices include continental breakfast and taxes (22%).If you share a queen bed you can have a triple room (3 people) at a rate of U$ 85 per night.

Rates are subject to changes. Check-in at 2 pm and check-out is at 12 pm.

Of Special Note:
What makes the hotel special are the people and the geography. The owners, a Belgian/Uruguayan couple (with young son Lucas!!) are career U.N. workers who found Guatemala through their work, fell in love with the lake and decided to open a truly unique hotel on it's north shore.

Their professional experience brings personal service and world class standards to a magnificent setting... all of which will leave the visitor breathless.

How to find us:
Lomas de Tzununá is located near the small village of Tzununá (Municipio de Santa Cruz La Laguna) in the Lake Atitlán.

From Panajachel:

Locate the Tzanjuyú pier and take the public boat to Tzununá. When you enter Tzununá´s bay, disembark on the first peer on your right and climb 100 meters to the Hotel. The personnel of the Hotel will take care of your luggage. If a staff person does not meet you downstairs please call from the interphone located near the hotel sign. You can also call the hotel and ask for a jeep to come and pick you up at Tzununá´s peer. The Hotel offers boat trips to and from Panajachel, ask for prices.

From Quetzaltenango, Antigua and Guatemala City:

Take the Pan-American Highway to Km 149 and make a right turn towards Santa Clara and decent to San Pablo La Laguna and follow the signs to San Marcos La Laguna and then Tzununa. After the football field turn right and follow the path until you find our parking in Tzununá. From there, contact the hotel to have the jeep pick you up. Please do not attempt to drive up to the Hotel as there is no parking or space for cars.

Reservation Policy:

This reservation service is free, as the non-refundable 10% deposit is credited against the total value of your reservation. It is required in order to block your space and confirm your reservation with the balance of 90% due upon your arrival with us.

We may require additional payments to hold your particular reservation up to and including a full 100% prepayment depending upon the details of your reservation. You will be advised of these additional reservation payments (if any) before you are asked to make any confirmation deposit

Cancellation Policy:
After reservation, you are free to cancel for any reason and without penalty up to three days prior to schedule arrival. Any later cancellation or a no-show will cause a billing of one night's lodging per the terms of your confirmed reservation unless otherwise stated in your reservation confirmation.
