About Us:
Atitlan has become a destination where travelers from around the world stop and stay for a while. It is magnificently beautiful and the weather is great.

Over the years an international community has grown to the point that the needs and creature comforts that those of us from the first world are acustomed to are to be readily had. Now the internet allows one to work online anywhere in the world.Living here is still very affordable and and working here means you don't have to pay the taxes you would have had to pay staying at home. Indeed you can probably live here on what your taxes would be at home!

For those with children, there is a wonderful school. The Atitlan Multicultural Academy is a fully accredited U.S./International K - 12 college prep school.

If you're interested in visiting the Lake Atitlan region for a week or more and don't want to stay in a hotel, we can offer you a wide range of homes and apartments in Panajachel and around the lake to solve your needs.

Facilities & Services:
All of our options are completly walk-in ready... all you need is your clothes, a toothbrush.... and a good attitude! We'll handle the rest.

If you want additional help (like a cook, guide, translator, etc) we can provide them too.

Rates:
All of our homes and apartments are unique, so we are only be able to quote options against specific needs. Generally speaking, one bedroom apartments rent for $150 - $250 per week, and two bedrooms from $200 - $600 per week.

Reservation Policy:
A non-refundable 10% deposit with the Tropical Travel Association is required in order to confirm your reservation. The 90% balance is due to the hotel upon arrival.

We will not accept and do not recommend the highly unsafe practice of passing credit card information to third parties via phone or fax.
