<<< Previous Slide Shows Next >>> San Lucas Toliman  "Chuchos" as there are called, are made of corn meal with a bit of meat and gravy. "Chucho" is also slang for "dog". I have no idea why such an unappetizing name was given to what is actually quite tasty (and no, they aren't made with dog meat).
