About Us:
Your hosts Eduardo and Yara Olivero provide the special attention which gives our guests the sensation of being in a traditional Guatemalan Ranch, far away from stress and non-stop city life. You are cordially invited to relax with us and enjoy our paradise.
Facilities & Services:
We have twenty-two rooms available. Four of these are suites, five are junior suites, and the rest are doubles and singles.
All rooms have a private bathroom with warm running water. As a courtesy all room prices include a complete breakfast, which is comprised of eggs, traditional Guatemalan black beans, fried plantains, coffee, and orange juice.

Of Special Note:
The architecture and decoration of our hotel and restaurant can be identified with the era of colonial Spanish construction. The environment provides a sense of traditional Guatemalan coffee plantations during the colonial time period. Our interior design represents a style of the 17th century including various indigenous objects, furniture and ceramics that complete the traditional era experience.
How to find us:
San Lucas Toliman is in the south-east corner of Lake Atitlan at 5,100 ft. elevation, two hours by car from Guatemala City via the Coastal Pan-American Highway. We are at the end of the main street of San Lucas Toliman overlooking the lake.

Reservation Policy:
This reservation service is free, as the non-refundable 10% deposit is credited against the total value of your reservation. It is required in order to block your space and confirm your reservation with the balance of 90% due upon your arrival with us.
We may require additional payments to hold your particular reservation up to and including a full 100% prepayment depending upon the details of your reservation. You will be advised of these additional reservation payments (if any) before you are asked to make any confirmation deposit
Cancellation Policy:
After reservation, you are free to cancel for any reason and without penalty up to three days prior to schedule arrival. Any later cancellation or a no-show will cause a billing of one night's lodging per the terms of your confirmed reservation unless otherwise stated in your reservation confirmation.
Important: The only safe way to transmit credit card information over the internet is via a secure server, identified by the "https://..." designation in your browser's address bar. Reputable sites also have a SSL certificate. Our is from Go-Daddy and can be seen on the upper right.
