About Us:

Villa Atitlan is a magnificent architecturally designed 3 bedroom/3 bath residence and, is without question, the most luxurious villa available for rental at the renowned Lake Atitlan.

No expense was spared in its construction: Completed with German windows and exterior doors, custom interior doors, custom floor tiles and "high end" fixtures.

The three walls of glass provide panoramic views of the lake, volcanoes and Parankaya River. The living area is furnished with a leather sectional sofa and custom chairs.

The fully equipped kitchen, also with magnificent views, is furnished with cherry cabinets, quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances (including a wine cooler). The dinning area has seating for 6. Additional dining for 4 is available at the kitchen bar area.

Facilities & Services:

Master Suite:

The expansive master suite, with large glass doors has wonderful views of the lake, volcanoes and river. It is furnished with a custom king size bed and headboard with memory foam mattress. There are two seating areas, a walk in closet and large master bath with double vanity.

Upper Guest Suite:

The upper suite, also with views of the lake, volcanoes and river, is furnished with a custom king size bed with memory foam mattress ample closet space and bath.

Lower Guest Suite:

The lower suite, with private bath, offers the same views as the upper suite but is furnished with two single beds. The lower suite also offers a private entrance.

The terraced gardens are maintained by a full time staff and have several areas to enjoy outdoor dining or sunbathing and stone steps lead down to the lake.

With 100 meters of lake frontage, your privacy is assured!

Christmas and Easter:
(Minimum week rental)

• April 4 - April 12
• December 15 - January 5:
• $1900 per week.

All prices include taxes.

Check-in at 2 pm and check-out is at 12 pm.

$25 cleaning fee additional for stays of 3 days or less

Reservation Policy:

This reservation service is free, as the non-refundable 10% deposit is credited against the total value of your reservation. It is required in order to block your space and confirm your reservation with the balance of 90% due upon your arrival with us.

Villa Atitlan requires full payment at least one week prior to your arrival. Instructions for payment will follow payment of the confirmation fee.

Our cancellation policy is as follows: cancellation one week or more before your arrival at the hotel refund of all but first night's payment; cancellation less than one week prior to your arrival at the hotel -- no refund.

* An additional deposit, possible even full payment may be required depending on the size of the group and/or the dates you plan on staying with us. This will be clarified before we ask for the 10% confirmation fee.

Cancellation Policy:
After reservation, you are free to cancel for any reason and without penalty up to three days prior to schedule arrival. Any later cancellation or a no-show will cause a billing of one night's lodging per the terms of your confirmed reservation unless otherwise stated in your reservation confirmation.
